Volunteer Requirements

Our ANGELS are COUNTING on YOU! 

 

 

Our athletic program requires volunteers to make it run, from collecting admission fees to cleaning up at the end of the day’s games, and everything in between. Every athletics family is required to fulfill a certain number of volunteer spots. Each season has different needs, and those needs may change from year to year. Therefore, families will be notified of their required volunteer spots prior to the beginning of each season.

2021/2022 Basketball Regular Season volunteer requirements:

3rd & 4th Grade Basketball: TBD Spots

5th through 8th Grade Basketball With 1 Player: 2 Spots per family

5th through 8th Grade Basketball With 2 Players: 3 Spots per family

 

2021 48TH Annual Christmas Basketball Tournament volunteer requirements:

3rd & 4th Grade Basketball: None

5th through 8th Grade Basketball: 2 Spots per family

 

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND SUPPORT!

 

Volunteer spots will be tracked and reviewed by the Athletic Board at the completion of each sports season. Families will be charged $50/hour for each volunteer spot not fulfilled. 

Students may receive credit for volunteering, but there must be an adult accompanying each student for their volunteer event. Please contact the volunteer coordinator if you'd like to assign your child to a volunteer position.

Credit applies to regularly schedule athletic events held at home as posted on the Volunteer Site.  There are a few open positions during away games otherwise all other athletic or school events, as well as away games, requires prior authorization granted by Athletic Director.
